Subway

Pretty sure the guy who made my sandwich was incredibly high. And incredibly rude! He had his AirPod in the entire time and was singing, not really paying attention to what I was saying. The other girl behind the counter was on her phone the whole time and had her feet up on the counter. Also I got a drink and the dispenser was out of the correct size top. I asked for one and no one did anything.

published to 10 pm - showed up at 9, lights are on - drive through no one answered, as I went to park and go inside watch the employee lock the door and walk away. guess he wasn't planning on making any sandwiches his last hour of work as he just watched me while he was eating. Sign on door clearly says open until 10 pm.

We went there on Friday night. Should have known it was going to not be a good experience. Only 1 customer at 6:30. 3 young employees... the guy was very rude. He had his ear bud in, singing when we were trying to order, laughing and just overall rude. One of the female employees was sleeping in a booth and when we got inside the guy went went over and kicked her and told her to wake up. I think they were all high or something. We will never go there again.

We ordered a delivery through doordash and both sandwiches were completely wrong. None of the toppings were correct and neither sandwich was toasted. That part isn't even what bothered me. It's the fact that they WROTE ON THE SUBWAY RECEIPT THAT THEY WERE OUT OF THE INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE SANDWICH BUT STILL CHARGED ME FOR ALL THE EXTRAS. Who runs out of mayonnaise, honey mustard, pickles, vinaigrette, and a toaster oven? Had I known that I could only have an untoasted sandwich with only steak, I wouldn't have paid for it. How hard is it to make a sandwich? Or even just be honest people?

I went to get two sandwiches that I had ordered for pickup. There was a sign that said drive thru open, so I went to the drive thru. I heard a worker literally screaming from inside that the drive thru is not open. She later comes to the window to tell me that I need to come inside. 1. Don’t scream at me for your mistakes. Sandwiches weren’t good either.

Sat at the drive thru for a few minutes before deciding to go inside as it was a busier time (12 pm). Went in to see 4 employees behind the counter and 1 adult with 3 children in front of me. 3 of the employees were helping with the condiments side of the assembly line while 1 was handling the register. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sub and the girl looked at me like she had no idea what to do. I had to tell her to use the diced chicken (which she put like 4 pieces on an entire 6 in sub). Then when they go to add the veggies the lettuce is brown, the tomatoes are diced (????) and they barely add anything. My sandwich was basically just eating bread. Not organized and poorly managed.
