Had lovely service from Theressa who took time to explain to us the benefits of Costa over rival coffee shops even making two tiny expresso coffees Costa way and Starbucks way in a blind taste test. Something she didn't have to do but I feel truly educated and well served by a passionate employee. Big thumb up Costa !

Had a delivery and my hot chocolate was spilled. They handled it quickly and left a nice note on the bag saying sorry- merry christmas. Amazing staff

The blender was broken, so I couldn't get my frostino. The man done a good job at comprising though, and I had a strawberry lemonade. It was very good. The cashier was very friendly, and said happy birthday!
