Neaps Bistro

Came in with a table of 10. Meals came out promptly and together. Had the steak, cooked med rare as asked. Came with pepper sauce which was very nice, proper whole peppercorns and enough for the whole steak but not drowning the plate. Potato mash was awesome Wife had the eggplant parmigiana and loved it. The new chef was keen yo come out for a chat and very friendly. Front of house staff were also great. Had a lovely night.

After waiting over 30 mins for our 2 bagels ONE was brought over...rock hard.. the steak knife had trouble with it. They finally then brought over the second one 20 mins or so later after we had shared the first one. Not even an apology. I dont generally like to leave one star reviews BUT personally the staff member shouldve been more customer focussed and not chatting with his mates. I'd give him a zero

Had a fantastic big breakfast twice, which my husband and I shared Latte’s were a real treat well made full flavour The mushroom mix with breakfast was so tasty highly recommend. The poached eggs cooked perfectly We went back for dinner the steak was cooked beautifully fresh tasty sides was very good My husband had the seafood marinara was a disappointment The sauce was thick and gluggy he couldn’t eat too much of it but he said the crepe dessert made up for it was very delicious with the fruit etc. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable Highly recommended this place just don’t have the marinara Everything else was fantastic
