Cart - Driver

Update: We returned to Cart-Driver for a late night dinner this past week. Off the Antipasti Menu, we ordered the Squash & Cheese salad. This was not my favorite. That's not saying it wasn't good, but just was not my favorite. We enjoyed the Cart-Driver pizza, with it's fresh kale, sausage and mozzarella. This pizza was good, however, we did enjoy the White pizza we had during our initial visit just a little bit more I'm keeping my review at 5 stars. The food was still great and the staff was still extremely friendly. I just don't think we ordered the right things for the mood we were in this time! Original Review: We recently dined at Cart-Driver's RiNo location. The atmosphere inside was vibrant and inviting. To start, we had the Ricotta salad, which had a great combination of Ricotta, Beets, Carrots, micro greens along with Candied walnuts, and vinaigrette. Next, we chose the White Pizza. It was tasty, with fresh white mozzarella, Castelvetrano olives, along with lemon & basil. I highly recommend checking out Cart-Driver for a unique dining experience!

The food and drinks here were really great! The servers were really friendly and the pizza came out super hot (which is always a plus). This pizza is definitely more on the charred side as pizza’s go, but it actually tasted really good and not as crunch as you would think. I would totally come back here again.

Late night happy hour is amazing! The food and presentation is quality and the service is super friendly. Lady justice brewing was on tap and it looks like they occasionally have other local breweries on the garden tap. The staff are super friendly and help understand any question you have immediately after you walk in. Parking was easy enough, even on Labor Day weekend!

Cart-Drive is definitely the closest version of a real Neapolitan style pizza I have found in the Denver-Boulder area. The tomato sauce and the dough are excellent. Great undercarriage and crust (you can tell from the leopard pizza crust). I would recommend going there and enjoy the vibes. They have a great patio which may be the perfect spot for a summer date. 100% recommended.
