Subway

From the "sandwich artist" to my table. The cheese was only half way melted on my chicken bacon ranch footlong and drenched in ranch. The facility is past due for a deep clean as their chairs, bathroom doors and feet of their tables have built up dirt, grit and sticky stuff on them. The good part was their chip display looked good, 1 of the 3 employees was friendly (he just got on shift) Next time I'll choose to go to a different subway or sandwich shop.

Every time I order my sandwich at or around 4:00 in this store there's always a friendly person helping me, I only go to this location because it's the only subway in Denton that the employees inside don't look like they want to off themselves when I ask them for a sandwich. 100% good people, all of them.

Ordered on app and my boyfriend went to pick it up and I ordered at 12:45 and app said order ready at 1:10. It is now 2pm and they are just making the order. I did not think to do it sooner but take note of the time stamp on my screen shot that says the order is ready! They said the order was ready at 1:15 and have not even started the order till 2pm! And of course cause I used the application I can get a refund and discount even for waiting almost a full hour after the time the store lies about it being ready! We live 5 mins from store boyfriend just got back at 2:20pm with sandwiches. Two sandwiches done as combos and sandwiches are wrong, not toasted, no seasoning and soggy as hell from the dressing bath on them and no cheese I paid for. I want a refund and they won’t answer the phone

They staff lady was very nice, she makes an EXCELLENT sub. Bread was good too. But the store doors were filthy, floor was nasty. There was a staff member just sitting there on her phone with her stuff she must have been waiting on Uber/Lyft to pick her up. But no worries. But I think the store windows need to be cleaned and floor was a bit greasy but I didn't notice the floors til I was in and ordered. The door I figured they were busy or something but other than that it was okay. Close to highway and she was nice. food was good. Macadamian nut cookies were AWESOME!! But too many of these stores in Denton. They should have ONE BIG store and focus on cleaning and good service. It's probably a staff issue not enough help but at least they showed up and they help us people have tasty sandwiches. I'm not going to complain I know they were tired. But The best SUBWAY is the one on Mayhill near Dickies/Qt and one on W.University is good too. I took off one star for windows/floors. but lady was very nice

Consistently the worst Subway location I've been to. clearly doesn't care about the poor reviews and poor customer service. Today was the last straw for me. Only myself and one other customer ahead of me. Three employees. Ones sitting down eating, one sweeping the dining room and one slowly making the other guy's sandwich. I stood in line for at least 5 minutes while the one young kid continued to clean. He finally came around, mumbled something (I took that as my cue to order). In the middle of me giving my order, the kid starts stacking containers and then just shuffles off to the backroom without a word. I stood there for a minute, having a staring contest with my footling piece of Italian bread through the sneeze guard, before deciding that today, I wasn't meant to have the delectable flavors of Turkey, tomato and Ranch dressing swirl about on my tongue. I said a tearful goodbye to my lonely, naked Italian loaf and went next door to La Fondita which always has excellent service and consistently delicious food.
