Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit. Sooo good. There are 755 calories in a Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit according to Google lol But who cares. It’s just good. Hopefully we can have Whataburger in Japan too in the future.

Let me tell you Tammy's customer service was excellent! Went in to order me a honey butter biscuit on jalapeno cheddar bread instead of the biscuit which both are delicious. Anyhoo while I waited on my food we just had a really nice conversation. Just a wonderful person and can tell she loves her job! I don't know if she is the manager or assistant manager. The manager to was nice to talk to as well. Didn't catch his name though. So stop by and tell Tammy hi when you can. Definitely will be back to the university location.

The food, as always, was great!
However don't use the app. I have used the app several times and it has never worked out. Today we used it and I showed up when the app said to be there and my order wasn't ready. Ok I think maybe they're busy, 15 minutes goes by and nothing. I call and they say "Oh I'm so sorry we will make it right away and have it right out to you." I received my order in a few minutes with a hearty "We are sorry for the wait, but we made sure you got both kinds of ketchup!" KETCHUP!? KETCHUP!?
Give me a break. I suggest if you have to have Whataburger try a different one, and DON'T use the app.

Great food, be nice to enjoy meal without a fellow customer choosing to sit in adjoining booth gabby on phone as a realtor when 90 percent of the other seats open. Their own guest ignored. And if sitting in a booth, be considerate when sitting down to the other patrons already seated and trying to enjoy their meal...themping down not appreciated to their backs and trying yo chew. Courtesy definitely been lost to dining in.

Went to this location wicked early this morning. I have to order on the app as my truck doesn’t fit into the drive thru. All the employees were wicked polite and professional. My order was made correctly and my food and shake came out great!
I don’t get to stop by often, but it makes my day when my visits are this pleasant! ☺️ I would come to this location again if I were in the area. Thanks to the great staff here!

Took 2 co- workers and myself to dine in. The drive- thru was extremely busy. However this wasn't a problem at all. Our food was hot, fresh and excellent service. Great team work, and staff. Clean environment, would highly recommend 👌

I’ve been waiting in line now for over 40 mins and I’m still in line, they have now come up to me in the back of the line asking me what my order was for the 2ed time and the line is barely moving, i come to this Whataburger a lot and they always forget our onion rings or ketchup if not both, and they always mess up our drinks. While i was typing this review they came up and just tried to hand me the wrong meal after they already asked 2 times what meal i had

I went 3 times last week to get a Dr. PEPPER Shake. Was told the the shake has been discontinued. All the advertising is still up as of Saturday. This is the one on Malone street in Denton. . I was getting on everyday. I only have 30 minutes for lunch and this is what I get. Then have to go somewhere else. This is false ad err advertising
