Subway

I asked for mozzarella cheese slices and for regular cheese and I expected the up charge for the extra cheese but they charge me $3.19 for the mozzarella on the sandwich whenever I've never been charged that much. It was on the tuna sandwich she barely gave me any of the shredded, so basically I got no cheese choice and had to pay for it. So, they didn't tell me this until I was getting ready to pay that's an extra $3.19 I need that for gas I'm passing through town getting to Arizona. And they were rude. The young man preparing the rest of my sandwich, well wrapping and cutting it said "good luck with your breakfast!" And I asked him if he was talking to me and I thought maybe he was talking to himself talking to somebody else but he basically didn't answer me and I had to ask him again what if that was toward me and asked him why he would say that? First of all, it was 11:48 a.m. and it was lunch time for me but he was really rude and saying that and that's not a very good advertisement for the restaurant. That was really rude I don't not like the people there they were nasty to me. They should have told me ahead of time they were going to charge me $3.19 for extra cheese which is absolutely ridiculous because I didn't even get a cheese choice for my sandwich which we always get a cheese choice at Subway so they basically conned me. I would never go back to this place.

The gal behind the counter was very rude to my guest and I. We ordered and she proceeded to make my guest's sub not in accordance to Subway standards. When he pointed that out to her, she said "all of our subs are made the same except THIS one." We told her she seemed as though she were having a bad day and we'd go somewhere else, which we did. I like Subway, however I absolutely cannot recommend this particular one with the staff I encountered.

I order from here almost everyday and 3/5 times they gave forgot the avocado. And I get charged so I call because I’m at work. No one answers or it’s like a fax number. I don’t have time to go down there hence ordering online through mobile. And god forbid you want to call corporate they are rude and when we verified it was the same number after asking 3 times for the receptionist to give the number she said well idk what to tell you and hung up.. I enjoy Sergio he’s kind and a good worker but I’ve been let down a few times and in this small town quality should be everything.

Food was good. Service less than adequate...sandwich maker was upset I didn't ask for cookies as part of my meal. Better service would have been if he asked before proceeding to ring up my meal and he had the audacity to say well there goes my inventory count to the other worker. He had attitude the whole time while ordering like I was an inconvenience to him. Had a hard time finding a clean table. Restaurant during this time wasn't too busy.

Absolutely horrible service! We were waiting in the drive thru for almost 30 min for wrongly made sandwiches. We told them what was wrong and instead of fixing it they tried to convince us to just take them. We said whatever and they charged for the wrong things. We were expecting to get what we paid for but instead they gave us less than what we ordered for a second time. Then once we go in the shop to correct the order AGAIN they proceed to lock us out and asked us dumb questions once we got in. They were acting as if we don’t know what we are talking about or want. Would never go to this subway again!
