Usually I like subway but this time it sucked 🙃 3 people behind the counter and none worked quickly. I had repeatedly say each item on the subs and raise my voice so older lady could even understand me. Very slow service. And still didn't get cheese on my sub. Won't go to this location again.

Quick stop off at this Subway: staff was friendly. Bathrooms could use some cleaning, and the music that was playing was heavy metal that was quickly turned off when we walked in the door and came back on when we were leaving: definitely a weird experience.

Went in, asked if ok to eat inside. Was told yes by the girl. Then the guy said no dine in after 7:30. Weirdest rule I've ever heard and pretty positive it was fake cause there was no signs anywhere that said that. Will not be coming back to this location. Either have dine in or dont. Dont make up weird rules to fit with what you want.

The boy who took care of my order could have had some better training before being left on his own. Some things he seemed clueless about but he was friendly which was a plus. He just needed a little more experience before flying solo. Other than that my experience was awesome.

Surprised no one working had mask on with open food exposed all day.. 4 customers in place had facemask on.. note ... columbus recently just instituted coverering required for all.. due to surge.. but apparently not important here..

AWEFUL customer service. The manager Diane, was wearing a mask below her nose and putting food made from online orders next to food made for in store customers.... huge cross contamination issue. I grabbed the wrong bag and she screamed at me that it was my fault and now she has to remake the food. My bag and the other customers bag was sitting side by side.... I tried to tell her she wasn't following cdc guidelines but she just screamed over me and told me if I don't like it then go somewhere else.

The rudest service I have ever experienced anywhere. Got there 20 minutes before closing and was told that I should have called my order in. There were no customers except me and the food was being slammed around as he was making it. If it weren't for my hungry kids I would have walked out. He didn't wear a name tag but he was tattooed everywhere. What an awful experience.. I'll never go there again.
