Subway

The service was super fast and the 2 staff on worked well together to make my subs for me and I was in and out in less than 5 min! They were friendly and helpful as well. The subs were ok, the meatballs weren't the greatest and seemed a little old and there was just a little too much lettuce on the other ones. They also didn't have a drive thru which I prefer when they have a drive thru window at this store.

All i have to say is the very small town we live in has a Subway ... Yet my backbone my wife and I will drive the extra 14 mins to Subway in Delano , Mn. Better service , the bread is like 👵 grandma use to make ?? Ok almost , the veggies , cheese are like and taste freshly cut . Well Flynn said enough oh not to forget the 100% we give the staff that work there . Today 3/15/22 was yet another great 14 min drive . Sorry so long yet my wife Shelley and I can't say enough great things about our Delano , Mn. Subway .......

I think this location is cursed—it’s gone through a couple of owners since I lived here and it’s always the same: short staffed, staff not changing gloves/washing their hands properly, and gross food. My bread was weird, almost seemed uncooked, and my sandwich was not toasted on the right setting or something because my bacon was still “raw” and the cheese was half melted.

My son and I stopped here after a baseball game and got 2 - foot longs on white. I’ve been on this planet 53 years, congrats, this is the worst food I’ve ever ate. We must have gotten the week old bread, the kinda you have to break apart with a chisel. We both ate a few bites and thru the rest in the trash. Never again.

Bread was burnt. Staff complaining that there supposed to be off work already. Didn't take off or change gloves after using the register. Had to tell them to change gloves. And they barely put any meat on my sandwich like it's coming out of their paycheck. I'll drive to Buffalo for my subs from now on.

The worker who made mine, and my sisters sub today was disrespectful to me, my sister, and his fellow coworker. Right as we walked in he said we did not have to wear our masks if we want, and we responded with "we want to.". he followed by saying, "Really..?" while giving us a dirty look. he continued to give us the look the entire time. he then moved on to wrapping the subs while his coworker started to make another customers sub. He then was doubting her skill at her job, and told her she was wrong, and made her stop making it, and he made it instead of teaching her the "right" way to make it. the whole time the female worker was nothing but kind to us, but he was not. (I did not get names, but it was at 3:20 PM on Monday, May 24th. The worker was shortish with a buzzcut, blonde hair.)

Ordered my food online at 5:30pm with a 5:50pm pick up time, got there at 5:52 and wait 15 min in the curbside pickup after txting I was here, finally went in to see 5 people in line and 2 people sit and eating I send to the pick up counter to see if they forgot to run it out, nope they never made it…said they were in the middle of a rush….with only like 7 people in the whole restaurant….they were fully staffed but watching them work they I was clear that their “rush” was not due to a lot of customers it because they took forever to make the food, super slow avoiding in the future

We waited in line for 10 minutes then got told that they wouldn't serve us because we were not wearing a mask. Made me late for my daughter's appointment at childrens hospital in Woodbury. Not everyone Can wear a mask and we shouldn't be discriminated against for our medical conditions! We were already in the building, used the bathroom, And picked out our chips. Making our sandwiches would've been quick and easy.
