Five Guys

This place is pretty dang expensive for a just a burger. If you want a burger, small fries, and a drink it’s about $25 per person. I wouldn’t recommend getting the double burger patty. If you want to get the work on the double you can’t even fit it in your mouth and all the toppings fall out. I like the vinegar for the fries though and they give you more than enough fries. It literally overflows the fry bag.

This is our first time to a five guys restaurant and we ordered our food and went to get ketchup for fries because they don’t have ranch, which is disappointing, and they are out of ketchup. We notified the employees and they acknowledged me but never filled. The entire dining area does not have ketchup for food. The packets were also out. We’re sitting here trying to eat our food and literally watching and counting how many customers notify them and nobody still fills the ketchup. I am on 8 people saying something and still has not been filled. At least throw out some ketchup packets for the customers! This will be my last time here!

Excellent service every time I come here. Today we ordered and my burger came back with a switch up in the condiments and they let me keep the wrong order to bring home, made me a new correct order AND brought me a free shake. They were quick to correct and although I didnt give anyone any trouble, they were very kind and apologetic for the small mistake. Always a great group of guys with awesome energy.
