Dunkin'

I've been to this dunkin many many times but I am almost always disappointed, the only reason I keep going back is because it is the closest one to my home and on the route I take to work. Every time I order through the app I get my drink with no issue, but the food is almost always messed up or just not with my order at all. When I go in person I always end up waiting an extensive amount of time, even if the store has not other customers. They also have a tendency to open late/close early because of staffing issues. I don't blame the staff at all because I know multiple who have worked there and have heard countless horror stories about ho management treats their employees. The staff are not properly trained at all and even before COVID they had stocking issues all the time.
