I usually come here and eat in restaurant and it’s not as bad as when you get takeout. I ordered 2 burgers and fries and a shake for a friend and it was just not up to par. I got there very shortly after I ordered and my food was already ready? When I got it home (which is a 10 minute drive) it was ICE cold. To the point that I had to reheat everything. And also, if I’m paying $50 for a few burgers and fries you’d expect more than 5 little chunks of lettuce on your burger. I understand it’s higher quality but there were only 7 French fries in one of the containers. Probably skip this location if you’re ordering takeout. They put in better effort when you’re eating in restaurant I’ve found at this location.

Found a pebble rock in my taco salad and and nearly chipped a tooth. How did a pebble rock end up in my taco salad? I tried to give this location another chance but after this experience, I'm officially done. Also, please don't send a response asking for a little more information because the pictures speak for itself.

I was so hungry to get a burger that was not cooked all the way that is extremely pink and some French fries that were halfway cooked and extremely soggy now I’m starving I could’ve got sick eating this they basically almost gave me food poisoning this is disgusting I’m saving the food and because they are closed I have to wait to talk to a manager tomorrow

Terrible service at this location. Do not come on a Saturday night. Nothing but all kids working. I ordered one plant based burger and one veggie burger. I got one ground beef and one veggie. Gf and I are vegetarians. One of us isn't eating B good tonight. Also, bun burnt like a hockey puck. All this for a 30 minute wait. You want B good, try out the Hingham location, they treat you good, there's a reason this location has fewer stars.
