HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! My wife ordered online for our family, I went to go pick up the food. I come home and not only were we missing a entire sandwich EVERY single sandwich was made WRONG!! My wife called to tell them about it and the employee was VERY RUDE and hung up on me because she thought I was "raising my voice"! We were very up set about not being able to feed our children at that moment. My wife called again this morning and spoke to the manager. The manager was also very rude when she called this morning and it upset my wife because apparently "the customer is always right" doesn't apply anymore.

I wish I could give less stars. I walked in and the person that was supposed to serve me told me they had to have a smoke first while the other person was running around the store as I waited to be served. After I was served by the no hand washing server a group of 15 people came in and they were denied service… big loss of sales if you ask me. Are background checks a thing anymore? My food was very low quality as well. They always have the door locked early. Very unprofessional. I worked here for 3 years and it was never this bad.

I've been here how many times never been so disappointed ever never got what I wanted 1 of them didn't still know what he was doing the the 1 that did made that clear they also ran out to make a personal call in the middle of are order and there were 6 of us in the group also there were 3 others behind us personally I never go back there but only 1 in town if I see the 2 working I will walk back out

Going downhill. My wraps keep falling apart, and my online orders are seldom ready when they are supposed to be. Today I ordered online and showed up when they pulled my ticket and were about to start my order and one employee goes "we'll worry about the customers that are here" my dude I'm literally right here. Anyway 20 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready, still nothing
