Alanos Restaurant

I ordered breadsticks and they came raw. I called and spoke to someone and he asked the baker. The baker insisted these were cooked and this was how they made them. This is dough. Not breadsticks. The baker also said that I should have asked for the breadsticks well done. This is not a steak. It’s a stick of bread. I do not understand how they could have been done any other way.

I ordered 2 steak subs 12in and a large onion rings fir myself and my son. I asked for extra cheese and pickles on the side. There wasn't any cheese and no pickles anywhere to be found. The sub was very dry and scorched and so was the onion rings. I gave this place the benefit of doubt eventhough they had bad reviews on the sub. I was sure it wasn't hard to make 2 subs giving the place was completely empty. Went back to the hotel room and got so disappointed. Why is it hard for you to make a sub it's simple. Do better for your next patreon i spend 37.00 dollars for nothing.thank you for getting in touch with me concerning my order and my disappointment. you asked how can you make it better and you delivered on your promise . I am no longer disappointed i am now feeling greatful everything was wonderful and i have nothing to say negative towards Alanos i will continue to try your meals next i will be trying the pizza. Such great food and service. One of my favourite places in Michigan. Literally everything I tried here was good. The pizza and the wings were amazing, and so were the sauces. Had honey BBQ and some hot sauce. Wish I'd found out about the place earlier! (thanks, Moe!) Also tried their spicy "burger on fire" and it was surprisingly so good.
