Workers at this location never late you order even if you get their half hour before closing.
I want a cup of coffee when i got their at 10:30 but they are not taking anymore order. The lobby was full of people but they are not taking the order.
I feel so sorry for all the good comments their is no control of the operation at this location.

This is the absolute worst unprofessional unorganized location food is horrible never have hash browns cold cheese on sandwich they rush they are rude dayshift manager need to be fired and a shame. cold cheese not grilled never going back that’s my third bad experience with is location

Me and my mom just went there like 3 or 4 minutes ago to get coffee and all the sudden he didn't fill the coffee all the way up and all the sudden he left it halfway up and he didn't make it sweet enough that I ask for when I asked him 3 Splenda and 3 cream i don't taste anything sweet please don't recommend anyone going to this location on greenfield at Tim Horton

Owner better check on his workers at this location. We went to get Biebs Brew and the microphone was choppy when the guy was speaking and we couldn’t hear, so we drove up to the window. Then two women kept pretending they couldn’t hear us and then said that drink was unavailable. We drove off cuz at that point even if they decided to make it I wouldn’t trust to drink it. Manager better check on those two workers cuz they sounded like they want to start something.

Just like the wendys next door, nothing is ever in stock. No food times, half the menu is just for esthetics. And of course on par with the area, no courtesy on how to deal with customers. Zero public interaction skills. One word answers or conversations with people.

This place is great!! Fast and friendly service. My order is always correct!! And the lady at the window in the morning so polite and professional!! Great place to go!

This Tim Hortons is the worst! They can NEVER get an order right or perhaps they just don’t care! Ordered a plain bagel, double toasted with onion chive cream cheese, the drive thru employee even confirmed my order, open the package only to see this! Don’t waste your money at this place they suck!

Very slow drive thru customer service. I was there 3 days ago around 2 pm and waited around 12 minutes when there were only 2 cars ahead of me.
