Went through the drive thru at 11:45 today. Great time, only 1 car ahead of me. They ordered and moved up, then I ordered and pulled up and sat behind them for ever. When I finally got to the window m food came out instantly, however it was really on the cool side. Please tell your people when someone has an order they have to wait for have them pull up to 1 of the numbered spots so te rest of the line can get there food warm.

This has to be the worst MD’s in the US. I live nearby and every single time I order a shake, it’s never frozen or even close to a shake. More like runny milk. Yesterday, I even asked first, “is your shake machine working because I never get a frozen shake, just melted milk!” The lady said, “oh yes, it working fine, I will make yours extra special!” Yeah right. Melted milkshake. No more going to this location, ever! Wendy’s from now on.

Worst customer service ever. Slow and food is raw most of the times. Order is always messed up. Just called to ask a question and employee tried giving me an attitude.

Best McDonalds in the Appleton area. Food is prepared fresh and taste so good! Staff is super friendly. Very clean establishment.

Inside service was ok my kid spilled a drink took a while and asking twice for someone to come mop up food was good though

Their drive-through hours don't seem to be consistent, but they're very nice and respectful, my order has always been correct, and I get my food in good time depending on how busy they are. For a mobile order car pick-up, it's always been between 3-10min from when I arrive. Around 12min was probably the max because they were completely swamped

The morning crew kinda sucks. I use mobile ordering and they always take too long. Ive adjusted to go early enough to where I'm not late, but now they start giving me the wrong food. Wouldn't be that big of a deal if I could come inside and ask for it to be fixed, but shocker the door is locked. So I have to go through the long drive thru again.

I strongly suggest these workers get their attitudes in check specifically Shawn and Tanya. Sounds like a significant amount of workplace harassment is taking place.
