This is by far the worst pizza ever made. I would not recommend going to this PaPa John's.

Garbage! A Quarter of the pizza was still raw dough. Asked for a second pizza which came with a hair in it and a few pieces with no sauce.

I ordered at 618/620 it’s 814 and I still haven't recieved my delivery. I called the store and the lady hung up on me bc she said it’s been delivered and I asked where to she said idk I didn’t deliver it. Didn’t offer to fix the issue or a refund or Anthony told me to come pick it up bc the delivery will be another hour. Worse service ever and I will be contacting HR..

I would give 0 stars if I could. The only ways to order are online or through the call center. Couldn’t order online because I was driving so I had no choice but to use the call center and all they do is mess up my order. The only part of my order they got right was the cheese pizza. I think from now on I will stick with Cousin Vinneys.

Arrived late and cold. Pizza was smashed. None of the boxes were sealed with the safety stickers. The driver didn’t leave the pizza at my door. He stood at my door with the heat bag open until I took the food out of his bag. I’m done with this place.

They need to learn how to cook the food better because pizza was raw and didn’t taste done the manager was very mean and made me feel very uncomfortable will not return to this location Kettering is way better

Placed an order for delivery, and was told 35-40 mins. It is now over 1 hr, and they stated they started cooking it late and apologized, and now it will be an additional 30 mins for delivery. This is the 2nd time this has happened from this location! Horrible!!!
