Just go to another location!
Every time I enter this store I see a dirty floor and small pieces of trash too! Should that matter?
One could say yes! Isn’t it like a dirty tray on an airplane…. Just a way to suppose if that’s dirty then perhaps the rest of the area, plane or store, is also dirty. So I venture to other Panera stores and yes there is a visible difference ! The other store floor looks like it has been freshly mopped and only one small piece of paper fragment!
I guess Panara culture could be different around a University, right? Why work on cleanliness for college kids or why both as it’s summer….
So my trips will require a longer drive but that’s on me! I feel better going in a clean and friendly store- The End

I’ve never had a customer service person be so disgusted to wait on me before on Friday April 7 around 5:00pm. Just walking up to the counter displeased her. I ordered an iced tea and when I got to the tea machine it had a sign on it telling me to go back to the front desk for my tea. She was irritated that I came back for the tea. We were over charged and that really didn’t make her happy when we went back to get that corrected. As we were leaving, we were looking for the place to put our trash. She was irritated to give us directions on that too. So unprofessional. Never going back.

My boyfriend stopped in to place an order. He ordered spinach bacon soufflés, photo will be included. It is laughable what panera apparently considers a spinach bacon souffle. 1 tiny piece of bacon on top of the souffle is the only morsel of bacon 🥓 in this dish!!! The pastry ring ,he was told had already been sold today, so ,now we know that there is only 1 pastry ring ... per day? Week? Month?? We are not happy with this experience at all. No. We don't recommend.

Waited over 20 min for a sandwich and a bowl of chicken and noodles. Finally got called up to the counter for my to go meal. Got home to find I paid for a bowl of broth. No chicken and no noodles. There were 3 small carrots. Never going back!

The chicken bacon Chipotle pizza was absolutely delicious! The staff was polite and friendly.

Customer service is non existent. Manager was inconvenienced when i asked her for clarification on ingredients. Wait time was ten minutes. They had to remake my salad to exclude allergic ingredients and then it just sat there for five minutes instead of bagging it and giving it to me. The manager remade it & as i watched her, she half laughed half coughed on the back of her ungloved hand. And didn’t wash her hands before or after making my salad. I can’t express enough how simple it is to give good service, it’s completely non existent here. And they forgot my chips.
