We have ordered from this place for about 3 years now, and their food is always spot on, when they answer the phone they are always polite and professional, and when they deliver at the door they are always polite friendly and professional. Sometimes orders can get messed up despite a businesses best efforts things go wrong, and this was the first time something went wrong, BUT the management corrected it immediately. He was very understanding on the phone and helpful and didn't make me feel like I was wasting my time. He was apologetic and helpful. For that reason I will continue to order, their food is always brilliant and even when it goes wrong I know I can trust them as a business to still do right by the customer. Thank you Pizza Town. I didn't catch the owners name on the phone but he was brilliant. Definitely recommend this pizza place they know how to do a good parmo and a good pizza!
