Best Kebab 2

Service times were great and prices not bad either however the ham that they put on the pizza we ordered tasted like dog meat this ain't the 80s ppl can tell the difference 🤦‍♂️ it wasn't great I'll tell ya also we ordered a chicken fillet burger and got a char grilled chicken strips in a bun. The chips were perfect and the best thing about the order

Im so disappointed, i ordered from best kebab tonight to find my chicken kebab was raw, stringy veins and as you can see in the photo below a chunk of what im hoping is raw meat or fat but it looked like a maggot!and also the garlic sauce was sour as if it was out of date, I called the restaurant to speak about this matter to get nothing but abuse on the phone them saying well it was cooked when it got sent out and made out as if im just making it up, i said they could come back out to check the food and they refused, and said what do i expect them to do! All over awful quality food and horrible customer service i certainly DO NOT recommend at all!

If I could they would not get any stars!! Absolutely shocking customer service. Tried to over charge me and my mam for our order, it was clearly stated on the board above the counter how much it’s is and they put extra money on top until I pointed it out, they tried to pull a menu from the back until I refused to pay the price they said. Tried to wrong change my brother in law by £10 also. When we pulled them on it one of them laughed I’m our faces. Then told me I wasn’t allowed to pay on card it had to be over £5 yet he was willing for me to pay the price he said on card until I pulled him about it. How many people are they be long this to especially when they have had to much to drink.

Not good at all, food was an hour late, not only this the order was wrong forgetting my pizza when trying to resolve this refused to even attempt to give a refund. After this I was then told me they would give me the pizza on the next delivery, what a joke thinking I would order here again. Don’t waste your time the cheap food isn’t worth the hassle. Overall terrible 👎

It is sad that I have to write this, we have ordered from Best Kebab a few times without incident. Today we ordered for a delivery, all was good. Right after putting the phone down we remembered we wanted onion on the pizza. We phoned straight back and the man on the other end of the phone literally shouted at us "Do you want this pizza or not", My partner was flustered being spoken to like this and said yes. I was so annoyed about this we immediately rang back and cancelled and said why. This was so disappointing, I have worked in retail all my life and neither I or any of my colleagues would ever speak to a customer in that manner.

Good food and garlic sauce. I got a mushroom pizza and one of the mushrooms was very tough. I put it to one side and when I was washing up I realised it was cardboard. It had blue on so I can only hope it wasn't  mouldy cardboard. And the cheese pizza we ordered had chicken on. But if you can get over cardboard pizza its actually alright

Definitely the BEST Chicken Kebab in Darlington and the BEST I’ve ever had! Tried other places and no where near.You get loads of chicken breast,cooked to perfection and salad is always fresh! 100% Totally recommend!! and also the girl that takes the orders,ever so friendly and full of happiness,always cheers up our day when myself or partner places an order. Had to drop her a box of chocolates today to show our appreciation.Thank-you!!
