Dunkin'

This is one of my favorite coffee places in the area for DD. Coffee is almost always awesome, same with the iced tea. I think I've had maybe one coffee that wasn't as good as the others, but it wasn't undrinkable, and I've had my fair share of those from other places. I usually go between 9-1 so maybe that's why it's always so good, but either way give them a shot.

My husband has been having medical issues and when he tried to order his coffee, the overweight blonde person (female? Don’t want to assume though) was extremely rude to him and cut him off before he could say his order. He ordered pumpkin coffee which is now out of season and then when he was trying to think of his next best option, she cut him off and sternly told him they don’t have punpkin, again. Even though she had already said that. She was too impatient to listen to his order and I’m almost positive she gave him a decaf coffee (asked for half caf) with none of the cream or sweetener he had requested. Icing on the cake is after he ordered, she went over to the other employee to complain about how she “can’t deal with all these stupid customers”. Meanwhile, she still had a line full of people. My biggest pet peeve is employees complaining about their job in front of customers. But you seriously belittled my husband who has been having a hard time getting his words out because of his condition. But aside from my own experience, that Dunks line is always super long and it takes about 10-15 minutes from the time you get in line until you actually get your order, even if it’s one simple coffee. Always understaffed. Management, I’d love it if you reached out to discuss this issue. Your employee discriminated against my husband who has a disability. What can we do to make this right??

Staff is rude and has displayed poor customer service on multiple occasions. I have personally witnessed two employees attack their customers over senior discounts. When confronted they have laughed at or dismissed their paying customers. This behavior is unacceptable and inexcusable. I will not be returning.

This is the most annoying Dunkin Donuts - they always tell my kids their coolata machine doesn't work if you are there after dinner time, so they don't have to make Coolatas, it happens all of the time. They were putting away their donuts as we walked up at 7:00 and said they didn't have what we wanted - even though they had just bagged them all. Terrible service and attitudes.

I hate this dunks, the employees are constantly very rude and very dishonest, I witness this everytime they are frauds which I will be going forward with an investigation, I am taking this beyond the district manager for she does nothing when you voice concerns. I give the one star to the blonde hair lady with the hat short bob cut. Sad when you wait in a long line just to be disrespected.

A employee Named Amanda older women blonde hair was extremely RUDE will NEVER be ordering Anything at that location ever again early I ordered a coffee and later on in the day I walked by and asked for some napkins and she rudely acted like she didn't understand what I was saying and said I wasn't suppose to take napkins from them . Really ? Worst experience ever never going again to this place

Love this Dunkin location a little run down but it's ok the service is sometimes slow and fast wich is ok I get it its a coffe shop you cant control the flow off customers.love the 4 employees especially trish I think that's her name the blond girl and the other 3 always knowing my order greeting me every morning and always making my iced coffee right good employees but I'd like to see that dunkin to get a make over .
