Dunkin'

Decided to make a quick drive-through on our way out of town. Had to wait at the mic for a couple minutes but was able to place the order pretty effortlessly. However at the window, we were asked how many of an item we ordered, yelled the correct # back to the kitchen and then asked for our CC back since they only charged for one. We decided to just get one to avoid the hassle amd were then handed a coffee that was not ours and one of our wraps tasted like chlorine. Food was fine aside from the chlorinated wrap but the inept cashier made it a slightly frustrating experience.

I had one of the most amazing restaurant experiences I have ever had in my entire god forsaken life, The beautiful, kind, hardworking, intelligent young woman working at the drive through , was not only extremely helpful in helping me find the right beverage and accompanying snack, but she even put a smile on weary face. I will DEFINITELY come back to this establishment, it is by far the best dunk-in doughnuts in all of Connecticut. 🥵

This is the first google review I am writing because I had such a pleasant experience coming here. The drive through line was moving quickly, the service was excellent, and my croissant, glazed doughnut, and strawberry coolatta were delectable. I could go on and on about how good the food tasted as it was both fresh and flavorful. I had to stop and park my car in a nearby lot just to savor every bite and every sip. This was hands down the best food I have ever gotten from a Dunkin Donuts. I know I have been raving about the food, but the service may have been even better. Normally I do not think anything of the service at a drive through since it is a common and forgettable experience, however this time was completely different. The young lady taking my order was patient, kind, lively, and even made me laugh. That alone made me want to go through and order another doughnut or two. This Dunkin easily receives five stars because of the customer service and the surprisingly tasty food. The only downside of this experience was that I did not get the name of the young lady taking my order.

The lady at the drive threw was very rude sounded like she just rolled out of bed . Also kept cutting me off while I was placing my order at the drive threw she kept saying anything else anything else and laughed as I was placing my order as of saying cheese on my sandwich was a joke I then walked inside and decided to ask for a manager which the lady Lydia said wasn’t their I asked for the girls name taking the orders in the drive threw and wouldn’t get it this place is a joke no wonder they only have a overall RATING OF 3.9 I went to the other Dunkin around the corner from this one definitely more professional and the guy on the speaker definitely just didn’t finish day care !!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE CLEARLY THEY DONT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS READ THE OTHER REVIEWS you’ll see this is a normal thing for them don’t have kids take orders at the drive threw that keep failing at it!!!!
