This is in a nice location. It's in Danbury Fair Mall. The staff is friendly and hardworking. We didn't wait long at all and the food tasted good. The food court had a nice seating section with Toddler tables.

20 minute wait for one kids meal !?, We know the excuse is "it's Halloween night at the Mall", however 5 Employees manning the front counter whilst 3 slow preppers behind kitchen stations doing a very slow job is why this crew was 30 pending orders deep. The woman who ordered ahead of me waited 15 minutes for black coffee. Sorry, we have all done this kind of work before. Poor job.

Order food from this McDonald’s and when I got home I realized I was missing part of my order I call to see if I could come back to get what was left out the girl who answered the phone said I couldn’t speak to a manager because they were busy then the manager walks pass and she starts speaking in Spanish and he refused to talk to me so she just hangs up!! Vet bad customer service I would never spend another dollar with them!

Though it was busy my order come out quickly and correctly. Also their coffees are as good or better than Starbucks at a fraction of the price. Love their coffee...

I developed food poisoning from their chicken. It was painful. I'm not joking or anything, I'm trying to warn people. We did notice how dirty the environment was as well but we didn't think much of it until both me and my friend got terribly sick.
May God save your souls if you decide to eat here.

The longest wait you’ll have at any McDonald’s for a mobile order. The drink machine is really old and weathered, I shutter to think how disgusting the spouts are. Every time you go, one of the machines is out of ice, and the other only has half of their sodas working. For such a highly trafficked mall and McDonald’s, this place is in desperate need of new equipment.

It's a McDonalds. That said, it's clean, comfortable, and fast with staff that seem to know what they're doing and have a good attitude. Nothing spectacular but good for a fast food place.

It was McDonalds in a mall, not exactly 5 star dining so I don't think I should give it 5 stars just because I got the food I ordered.
