Dunkin'

This location is STRUGGLING. It needs the guidance of an effective manager, especially on the weekend. It’s a busy location because it’s located at a gas station, with a drive-thru and they can’t seem to get it together. It’s also a prime location for Amazon trucks to get their gas and I assume, their Dunkin fix. I understand there’s a shortage of workers everywhere with many companies but this location is making your company look bad. Every time we come to this location on the weekend, it takes more than 10 or 15 minutes to receive an order. Whether you send a mobile on the go order or come into the store to order, they are never working efficiently. Employees are wearing their masks around their chin, talking about personal things more than working and messing up customers orders. They don’t even know how to make basic menu items. It took three employees trying to make a one latte that they initially made as an iced coffee. Our latest visit, we waited 20 minutes to get an order of 2 coffee based drinks and 2 donuts.
