Atlantic Restaurant

We were visiting the area for a family event so we thought we'd give this restaurant a try. We arrived without a reservation but that turned out not to be a problem. We were warmly welcomed inside and promptly seated. Rolls and a small dish of tasty olives were immediately brought to the table. We had many questions about the cuisine and our waitress was really patient and answered all our questions. We started our meal with the fried sardines appetizer. It was crunchy and delicious. For the main course, my husband chose the Octopus which was perfectly prepared. He devoured it with glee. I was warned that the seafood stew was enough for two people but I went ahead and ordered it anyway. It was a huge portion filled with shrimp, a whole lobster, scallops and squid, all in a rich, savory broth. I stuffed myself and still had enough leftovers for another meal at home ! All through our meal, the waitstaff was attentive to our every need and went out of their way to keep us happy. This was our first visit but it won't be our last. I can't wait to come back next time we're in town.
