Taco Bell

Ordered the craving box for a treat. I asked for no lettuce and a DIET Baja blast and was asked if I wanted sauce ended up receiving everything with a bunch of lettuce, some very concerning mystery meat that was supposed to be chicken and I was given FULLY LEADED Baja blast! I’m a diabetic… hence why I ordered diet… and absolutely NO sauce!! This isn’t the first second or even third time of this happening!! And No there was ZERO line in the drive thru or people in the lobby so there IS ZERO reason for this other then pure negligence. So if you eat here just know you may want to check everything before you leave the store!

The last few months have seen service quality drop like a stone in an avalanche. Nearly three hours after opening, you'd think they were still closed. The screen isn't on, and looking through the drive-through window you see three people can be seen wandering around confused, one person too busy with a notebook to bother taking orders, and one lady I feel terrible for, running around trying to do all the cooking herself. All the new staff they keep hiring just seems to be making things worse, its no wonder they won't let people inside still, then you'd actually be able to see all the cleaning they aren't doing.

We were the only people dining in. Probably 8-10 cars went through the drive thru and we still hadn't gotten our order. I went up and stood by the counter and waited.The young man who originally took my order eventually spotted me, came up and grabbed a tray to put our food on and said, "sorry about that," and filled our order and gave us a few coupons for a free taco with our next order. There were tables that needed to be wiped down and the floor was badly in need of being mopped.

Went there earlier tonight and not only was it completely dead but it took over 20 minutes to get our food and when we finally did get it the order was messed up do not recommend and on another note all the taco bell adds for food at xx price the dallas location charges more and will not honor those deals edit to review so tried this taco bell again thanks to the return of the mexican pizza and this is what i recived as such a complete and utter disgrace
