Kfc

Ordered 5 piece tender box with two sides a drink and two dipping sauces, also a pot pie meal. When I got there she tells me the problem is there are no pot pies so I asked if she can switch it out for a large potato and gravy she does. I wait 45 minutes. Get home and it’s like a small size of potato and a bunch of gravy see photos below. I also did not get any dipping sauces and the tenders are soggy. Taste is good but it’s annoying to spend $16 for that. Next time I’ll go to Cindy’s kitchen down the street for delicious hot and crispy chicken!

I went to KFC to try the Beyond Fried Chicken but they don't have it available yet. Hopefully, it will be available soon. All other items were available on the menu. They serve Mt. Dew Sweet Lightning which had a peachy mango flavor. This KFC is not open for dine in. The dining area is only open for pick ups.

I went through the drive-thru at this place on 5/30/22 around 7:00pm. The service was TERRIBLE! the lady cut me off and told me to pull forward before I was finished ordering. They had no regular fried chicken...only extra crispy. They boy/man at the window was hateful. They forgot my mashed potatoes, so I backed up and had to blow my horn 2 times for him to come back to the window. He said absolutely nothing and just handed me my potatoes without putting them in a bag. I will not be going here anytime soon!

I ordered an 8-piece family meal, original recipe with mashed potatoes, gravy, and cole slaw. The meal came with 4 biscuits. The cost, including tax, was $25.91. The sides and biscuits were fine. The breading on the chicken was scorched dark brown. I was not given a receipt. Unfortunately, I didn't discover this until after I'd gotten home, 15 miles away. At current gas prices, I couldn't afford a return round trip. The cost of the meal was 2 hrs wages, and I'm appalled, saddened, and angry that the staff even thought it was okay to give someone essentially burned chicken. I won't be returning to this KFC.

The chicken was pretty good, the Cole slaw didn't taste good, the mashed potatoes were hard like they were old and there were chunks of the potatoes that were not mixed well when they made them and we bought 3 extra potatoes and gravy and had to throw all of them away cuz all of them were bad, and the biscuits were hard. So we spent around $80 & the only thing that could be eaten was the chicken so I was not very happy!

Went to pick up lunch for my office, got my order mixed up went back and Trenton helped make sure my order was fixed, good to know there are still some restaurants that respect peoples time when they need help with their order. Yeah I had to drive back but they made it right. Kudos to Trenton he needs a raise!
