Subway

I love subway,but this subway just got a new store manager (Crystal)and I have never seen someone so unprofessional and rude to customers that keep her business going.Everyone else that works there is so friendly and warm to paying customers except for the main one that she should be setting an example for the others.I have visited this location several times and every time crystal is there it's always an unpleasant experience.Invest in another store manager to represent subway because the one you have makes the whole team look bad, and clearly she's never had any experience in great customer service!!

This subway is so great. i've been here several times and it never fails to put a smile on my face. The girl with the red hair and green/grey eyes, i believe her name is lee, tries so hard to make every customer feel comfortable and important. shes so pretty and sweet and i always see her working. i highly recommend this place and leaving her and the other staff a nice tip for all the extra miles she does.
