I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 6 years and this location picks and chooses its hours. Came in at 12:51am this date. Clerk behind counter sitting on his phone, door locked. Said closed. Asked when it’s open, no reply. This is the 3rd time I’ve been to this “24 hour” business at various times over the week as I work SI hours. Owner needs to know employees are getting paid for not selling anything.

Dishonest about their hours. Not an urban neighborhood stop. They lie and say their system is down, but it is simply because they should be open but have chosen not to be open. They should just change their hours of operations. Last time I was there the attendant was intoxicated and aggressive. I called corporate 7-11 to make them aware of the problems that exist at this location. They took detailed notes, but no follow up or concern. If 7 out of 7 days a week you suspend operations for 4 to 5 hours, than just close. I won’t even buy gas there anymore. I wish a quick trip or race track would just take over the location so as to have it run properly since it is so close to where I live.

My wife and I have been coming to this gas station everyday for months, since our house is Literally next door on Prescott Ave. I usually go at night and deal with a wonderful young African American cashier who provides EXCELLENCE Service. Unfortunately, Today December 25 (Christmas Eve Morning) at about 6:30 am. I stopped by to purchase my daily cigarettes, coffee, & snacks before heading to work.. Once I walked in, I decided to step into the gentleman restroom to urinate.. Within a couple minutes, someone begins violently slamming on the restroom door and telling me to get out very disrespectfully. So, I ( not sure if it’s another client desperately needing Restroom) said “I’d be out within a minute”. Literally, Seconds later.. They began violently slamming on the door and screaming to get out now and using horrible profanity. I immediately expected a huge emergency like a fire in the building or something in that Nature! So, I very quickly got up and opened the door only to find the cashier (older Asian Lady) Standing directly infront of me. She immediately began Screaming Extremely Foul Profanity and Threatens me to leave the store immediately for using there Restroom.. I left the property WITHOUT buying the products I come purchase Everyday from there. I’m really not sure what she had going on to trigger her to act the way she did.. I was very upset since im a 7/11 loyal Customer to be treated with such hate over something quite pitiful. As an International Businessman and After Living / Traveling ALL across the States, Europe, and UAE.. I’ve never seen worst customer service.. The way this lady was in my face yelling, spitting, and using very foul language.. Especially, over a LOYAL CLIENT using your public restroom for a few minutes! Then denying me from buying anything and Very Ruedly Screaming to Leave... I don’t EVER leave bad reviews for anyone but with this case I truly had to say something and as a 7/11 in a very lovely Location in Uptown Dallas.... I’m quite surprised. I’d hate for y’all to lose my wife and I as Repetitive loyal clients.. I’m also absolutely sure this extremely unprofessional hostile lady will only cost this 7/11 business. I Truly Hope This Issue Will Be Resolved ASAP To Continue Providing Our Lovley Community With Great Customer Service. Thanks. Merry Christmas!
