Today is June 2, 2022. Around 9pm the bigger lady behind the counter have my dad the wrong change and when he confronted her about it she yelled at him and belittled him. What kind of customer service is that? You allow employees to steal from customers? You allow them to talk to them so disrespectfully? She got caught and couldn't even admit it and wouldn't give him his change back or apologize. I can't expect after too long if having her steal from everyone y'all will have many customers left

Because I love the area I gave it 2 🌟The only issue I have with this location is the people who be hanging in front of the store asking for money.. I don't mind helping someone out if I'm able but it becomes uncomfortable after a while.. And don't even get me started on the unpleasant condition of the restroom.. 😵

I've been coming to this particular 7-11 ever since it first opened. And I must say that for the past year and half the management team has gone to hell. I'm a visually impaired man that frequently uses money orders to take care of some bills and other business. Well for the past year and half that I've gone onto this store and attempted to get money orders I am continually told it doesn't work (m.o. printer). Which leaves me no other choice but to risk my life having to walk down to Fiesta Mart to get the money orders I need. I've asked the employees at 7-11 to please repair the current printer or buy a new one repeatedly. Just to have them do nothing.

The worst 7/11 in the DFW, not even exaggerating. They’re always out of certain products, never stocked up. Worst place to buy snacks such as hot dogs, wings, pizza, etc. ALWAYS dirty! Trash everywhere, floors look like they been in World War 2. Not to mention as soon as you step out your vehicle you have a bum asking you for change, another one at the door, and ANOTHER walking back out. And to top it off, the customer service is bad. Whoever owns/manages this store should be ashamed of themselves.
