Horrible customer service. I was literally the only person in the store and the clerk completely ignored me putting more priority into stacking fruit than to attend the only customer in the store. Then to make matter worse he sold me a defective nasal spray and when I asked to exchange it his response was "not my problem". This took place on 01/21/21 at 12:40am and I demand the employee face some sort of consequences because this does not represent 7-Eleven well at all! Defective product and a defective employee!

The site says 24 hrs, but the clerk, Frank locks the door after midnight. Don't know what's going on, but a non employee loiters in the store at this point.

The restroom was terrible, it obviously has not been cleaned for days at minimum. The toilet seat was dirty on top and bottom, no paper to cover it with, no paper towels to clean it with. Couldn't even do my business. Even washing my hands was a chore cause the sink was clogged with toilet paper and there was a puddle of urine in front of it. Terrible, and this was at 11:30 in the morning, no excuse. Shame on you 7-11

Today (06/03/17) at around 4pm my mother was racially profiled. She was asked by one of the cashiers (foreign accent, black, skinny guy) if she had enough money to buy what she had in her hand. He then told her to go back to her country. Laughing at her for not being able to speak proper English he snatched the things from her hand and checked more than four times to make sure a FIVE DOLLAR bill was real. This is unacceptable, specially from this store which most of its employees are of Sudanese/Egyptian decent. Never stopping here anymore. Racism is real, and it comes from every ethnicity not just from white people. I will contact corporate regarding this matter.
