Burger King

I placed an order for Dine in. The workers walked passed never acknowledged me. She had a huge toilet paper roll in hand (comes into play later on). A young man took my order he seemed nice. Got my order fairly fast and it was hot and tasty. So, what’s with my 2 star rating? We needed to use the restroom and the restroom doors are locked. The response from the workers was we don’t have a keys to bathrooms. I seen the workers come in and out of the bathroom when came in the restaurant and put toilet paper in the restroom. Why do you have the dine in area open if you are going play games? I understand people go in bathroom to tear things up and try and live in them but I was a paying customer. Not trying to anything but clean my hands.

If I could do zero stars I would for this place. Should have known since no one was in the parking lot. Wanted to come inside to use the restroom and order dinner. I was met by a worker who went to get the manager. I was told by the manager that their restroom is not working at all, and the dining room is closed. Mind you it's broad daylight and the dining places are all open to dine since it's on the other side of Covid closing down restaurants. Either way, while she's saying this, it's with a smirk on her face and as if she didn't want the business. Good luck in having anyone who wants to dine here.

It all started when they asked for a mask, that's fine, but to yell at your costumer to put one on is not ok. When asked if they could provide one for me so I could order, since their dining area is closed, they were rude with a comment and No. Their worker are in winter jackets because the heat is off. All around bad experience. 0/10 recommended

Hadn't been here in a long time, was hoping for a better experience. I requested a whopper with cheese and one without, the male employee taking my order at approximately 7:30pm answered that whoppers "don't come with cheese", I repeated I would like one whopper with cheese and one without and I saw cheese added to our order on the screen yet there was no cheese on either whopper when we got home. It is truly a shame these employees are driving business away. I myself worked at a Burger King while in high school and my manager made sure we understood excellent customer service.
