Wendy's

Drive through is just like most so called FAST FOOD hamburger restaurants. Major long wait. The guy at the window said 10 minutes making this visit a total of 40 minutes at drive through. They gave us NO straws for our drinks and NO ketchup. So called FAST FOOD is no longer FAST FOOD any more. Keep earning the bad reviews with long waits.

This absolutely the worst Wendy's ever they take so long and make you wait at the speaker box for 30 minutes then another 15 to 20 minutes to pay for food then another 10 to 15 minutes to get some old food that's not good enough for a dog to eat. So if you don't care about your time or what goes on in your body eat here .....

I definitely see that I’m not the only one that notices the slow service at a FAST FOOD restaurant. Tonight I pulled into the drive through line at 10:35 where I was the third car from the speaker. I guess today must’ve been pay day and folks are getting ready for the Super Bowl because only one car completed their order and moved forward. I jokingly told my son that they were going to purposely slow down and close versus someone coming out and placing a cone for the last car or even the guy that was rolling out the trash could have said that we should try our luck elsewhere because it was quitting time. Not the first time that it’s happened, but it is sad that scrolling through the reviews you can see the slow service compliant for almost a year with no changes. It would behoove them as a franchise to take heed to the issue before corporate has to swoop in.

After some coaxing, they made my salad fresh. I wanted the apple salad without the cranberries. The person originally responded, "The cranberries are already in the salad." I responded, "I know. But I don't want them in there." He said OK. I was in line about 15 minutes behind 5 cars. When I got o the window, they told me to pull forward and wait because he had to make the salad. There's no reason that salad shouldn't have been made by the time I got to the window. I sat there 15 minutes. Fortunately, I only waited about 3 more minutes before they brought the salad out. It was a very good, freshly made salad.

This is the very worst Wendy’s I have ever been to. My kids love Wendy’s and it’s close to my house so I try to give them chance after chance but this will be the last one. I literally just left from attempting to get breakfast they are out of everything I asked for. Every single time I go they are out of things. Once they didn’t have ketchup, once they were out of fries, and the list goes on. They are rude and they close early. The lobby is never open which makes the drive thru line longer, they take forever to take your order once you make it to the speaker. If I could, I would give them 0 stars

The food is pretty good like most wendys. This particular location didn't respond for us at window even after loudly saying "hello" several times. It was nearly like that at the main window too even tho they were serving other people in both :x. Trust me I wasn't low volume the hellos were pretty booming like if i was talking to someone 10 carspaces away

Waited in drive thru(15 min)...no one ever came to take my order. Drove to the Wendy's they said something about didn't have money. No acknowledgement at all. Manager was VERY rude and said I had to go back through drive thru because it would slow everybody else up to take my order at the window but I was in line before everyone else and no one ever came to take my order. Will never go there again😡🤬
