A&w Restaurant

I visit this unique restaurant often because I enjoy the special atmosphere that is part of this place. The team is exceptionally helpful and skilfull. The service is extraordinarily rapid. Most important, the food you get is outstanding. I ate there more than once and I was never disappointed. The price is honest. I suggest this place to my friends and family.

I waited a day before writing this review. This place was by far the worst dining experience that I have had in several years. If you have an hour for lunch, do not go here or you will not have enough time to eat. I came with a group of co-workers to this food court. They choose to go to a Mexican food restaurant with a line out the door. I chose to go to A&W with no line. Twenty-five minutes later, a bag with my order was brought to the counter. I asked for an extra dipping sauce for my chicken tenders. I was told in a very rude manner that out would cost me 50c for the dipping sauce. I said fine and gave the guy at the register a dollar bill. He then gave it to young lady that had been rude earlier who could not open the register and was running around to find change. This took an additional three minutes to get my change. My opinion is that I would recommend to A&W corporate to revoke their franchise and I would dismiss the rude employee. I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

I came with my gf and it wasn’t very good. I asked for a float and no one said that there was plain root beer but instead nothing but caffeine free and diet root beer. The hot dog I had was overcooked and had too much cheese and chili smothering it. My gfs order was also wrong as well so I didn’t have a great impression of this place.
