Mcdonald's

Since the moment I was ordering I did not have a good experience I had two orders, they cut me off while still talking stayed there on the drive thru waiting n nobody would answer, went to the window explained I had an additional order, lady was nice so it was ok. Made it to the delivery window, they didn't have both orders so they gave me the drink for the first one and the food for the second one, parked n waited, after a long wait. I decided to come inside, they didn't even had the order ready and drink was just sitting there. Drove off and when I got to eat ice coffee was bitter didn't even had the caramel syrup I order for and my sandwich didn't have the cheese I paid for n was even on the sticker. Really bad experience as the store wasn't even full or busy.

Went to this McDonald’s around 1am. They said “they weren’t taking orders at the time” I simply asked why not and they responded with “Cause we not”. It was approximately 1:00am on the morning of March 2nd… i was very disappointed because I had strapped up a few dollars to feed my kiddos. During the day tho, very decent Establishment.. just gets… different at night.

Just left from getting breakfast i had a large Orange Juice and I drunk the entire thing and once I got to the end I noticed something black it was a bug I was praying that it was only one I should’ve stop drinking it cause it tasted like it was mixed with water it had no ice just to clear that I’m currently throwing up and when I looked in a cup I threw up in another bug was in the cup I’m disgusted will never be going back to that McDonald’s and will for now on check everything before I eat. Left my receipt in the car don’t feel like going outside to get it so here’s a picture from the transaction

I only gave a 1 to write this comment. They need to close this location down. Manager dont know how to manage. They are not leading by example. Its not the people fail to hire, its the people you fail to fire that destroy the comapny. They sorry as hell. 1 had on a blue shirt and 1 had on a green shirt. Both need to turn them in and find them a job in back of the house cause they cant run the front of the house.
