I need a refund for the order and tip and no one answers the phone the delivery driver did not want to give me my order and requested both my passport and ID and took pictures of it and was talking with someone on the phone I asked if it was his boss he said no he didn't wanna give me my things & it got to a point I had to repeatedly ask for my identifications back leaving off the fact he never let go of my order so I never got my things

I would give no stars or a negative 7 they have their clocks set 30 minutes off to open at 5 am when its really 5:30 they never open on time. They have signs up for free coffee with a muffin but don't honor it. They wouldn't change a 20 bill for 2 customers buying stuff. He has a serious attitude problem with AMERICANS. Don't go there They let dope dealers and others try to bum money or sell what ever and they let them hassle the customers. You can't go in without being hassled by people trying to bum money or sell you something.

I love 711 coffee and I only use their gas. However!! This store has been such a bad experience that I don't advise anyone that don't have a good legal team to ever go to this location! Yesterday topped it!! I paid for gas with my credit card and went immediately to my car to pump my gas. I stood there for 5 minutes are so and he never turned the pump on so I went back inside were he then responded with you didn't pay for gas😳 711 will talk to my attorneys shortly! # robbedByThe711Worker

I have made my last visit to this 7-11. Every. Single. Time. I am approached aggressively by people asking for money. Every. Single. Time. I've given the store the benefit of the doubt up until this point. They have made no effort to resolve this issue. People standing outside the door asking every single person that enters for money. Every. Single. Time. Today, I was approached inside the store and basically forced to take $10 cash out. I'm tired of it, and I'm done with it.

Difficulty understanding staff; serious language barriers. They often don't give you all paid for merchandise and then argue with you about it before you even leave the store. Usually 5-7 homeless and beggars hanging on top of and around the ice machine. Sandwich selection started out great, now is horrible. One of the newest and filthiest 7-Eleven stores I've seen.

They never want to honor cigarette coupons. They always say the code doesn’t work. I use these digital coupons everywhere else with no problem.

1/5/2020 3:34 a.m. Pulled in for gas. Both doors were locked, no employees in sight. On the side of the building was the cashier or clerk. We made eye contact, then she ducked back behind the building. Didn't say anything, but continued to smoke a cigarette. Took my business across the street instead.
