If I could give 0 stars I would... I generally try to write only good reviews but the world needs to be informed of this man's funny business. He told me his name was George and at 11 on Thursday I went in to buy a charging cord and a wall unit for my phone because it was dead and I couldn't get home without it when I asked him for charging cord he told me they were $39.99 for just the cord. I repeated that price over and over to him and proceeded to the side of the counter where I could see the prices written by the charging cords he would not let me purchase a cord until I seen a little window where my hand would fit through and I grabbed the cord and said you mean this 12.99 cord is not for sale an I started to cry for fear of being stuck in that bad neighborhood in the middle of the night with no way to get home because my phone was dead after I started crying he sold me the cord but would not sell me the part that goes into the wall until I went over and grabbed it from behind the counter. What a weird weird thing to do to a paying customer I'm assuming he was mad because he wanted to close the store early? I have no idea but I was almost stuck in the wrong part of town with nothing because of this man not wanting to sell me anything what a horrible employee he should be fired

Terrible customer service. They have a sign that says "Accepts EBT" and they don't except EBT. I wanted to buy Tea that I made with my own Honey & a bag of Chips & the Cashier wouldn't let me swipe my Card so I could buy it. Instead he grabbed the Drink (without asking) then asks Me if I'm going to pay for it. I ended up not buying anything at all bc of False advertisement & horrible customer service.

Keffler the cashier was extremely RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL TO ME!! I tried to exchange my UNOPENED ENERGY drink for a different flavor that I prefer, and he YELLED AT ME AND SCOLDED ME for trying to EXCHANGE IT. When I have been to other 7/11s that would trade it. NEVER AGAIN!!

Super rude customer service it seems like when their having a bad day they take it out on customers this happened to me a few times with two guys not for sure what their names are but they are very rude. Short guy who works morning to mid shift he's always there most of the time it's crazy to me because I've had conversations with this dude and then all of a sudden he just snapped

Cashier had an attitude,waiting about 15min couse the scanner didn't work to scan another person's id and couldn't sort out his pick up order then finally rang up my order Then he tried scanning my ID didn't work and needs more training on how to read id's he said my id says 2002 I'm like it clearly says 1989 he read it again didn't even apologize. NEVER going there again!

If i could give 0 stars i would. I went there to pump gas at 1020pm Saturday evening i told the guy i want 20 bucks on pump 3 he said okay. My car only took 12.85 to fill up when I went back inside to get my change he said that he was new. Well, i just lost 8 bucks cause of stupid an he needs to be either fired or re trained. An i used a debit card for this. Now the morning crew are amazing just this night clerk is a jerk.
