Great food including game dishes. Service is wonderful, but you can never reach them. If they would only get a simple website and phone, they'd be much. much busier. In the meantime, it's easier for the rest of us to get a seat.

I'm not sure why it took us so long to visit Waldron Lodge but I'm glad we finally did.
We went on a Saturday night and they were fairly empty. The bartender was our waiter.
The staff was great-helpful, nice, funny.
The food was good, too. We started with the pork belly lettuce wraps then I had the quail with grits and my boyfriend had the elk sausage. We both really enjoyed our meals. We ended with a yummy apple pie al a mode. The drink menu is also impressive. Good beer selection and fun mixed drinks. I had an Austin Eastciders hard cider and their take on a Moscow mule. My boyfriend had beer and their apple pie moonshine.
We are excited to come back with friends for a fun night. They also have a backyard with games and a fire pit.
I highly recommend going for food or to have some fun with friends and drinks.

Great food. I think this guy's probably a great hunter. It's hardy and filling but not pricey. They also have a few games in the back, my favorite being ring the bull (I think that's the name). Staff is friendly. Love this place.
