The Kitchen Table

As usual at a hotel restaurant, TKT is a little on the expensive side, but most of the food was really good. And the service was even better. The staff were very attentive but not overbearing, got everything right and asked the right questions to make sure everything was just how we wanted it. The calamari was the most tender I have ever had, I was impressed. The shrimp and grits were very good, if you are fine with your grits a little on the soupy side, which I am. The only disappointment was the carrot cake, which was dry. The icing was good and made it edible, but was the only saving grace. A friend had a tart she seemed happy with though. Overall, The Kitchen Table is a great option if you are staying at the Sheraton and don't mind spending a couple extra bucks.
