Our wedding was an absolute fairy tale at Waters Mill! Not only was the venue beautiful and perfect for the occasion, but Rhonda and Jim were so attentive to our vision from start to finish. You can tell that Rhonda and Jim take great joy in their property as it is absolutely stunning! Rhonda was my wedding coordinator that day and she put me at ease every step of the way. There is not one thing I would have changed about this magical day with these amazingly compassionate owners. They truly were born for weddings. Thank you Rhonda and Jim Sheppard for all your hard work, beautiful location and the passion and dedication you put into your work at Waters Mill! It shows! This was an amazing place to celebrate our special day. Getting married here was one of the best choices we could’ve made working with Rhonda and her husband made this journey a lot easier and less stressful for us. My husband and I will forever be thankful about opening your doors so we could start a life together. We will always remember this place in our hearts.

Rhonda and Jim were great. There venue is so pretty. The day was perfect for an outdoor wedding I was so lucky. The outdoor gardening and water falls are perfection. The indoor reception hall was perfect for what I needed. The caterers were in love with your kitchen. I couldn't have asked for a better place to have my special day. And yall made it so easy. We had the best experience with Waters Mill. The grounds were gorgeous with the roses blooming, the hall was beautiful and kitchen well equipped. Rhonda was very easy to work with and response time was great when communicating. Our daughters wedding was DIY and this was the perfect venue! Would definitely recommend!!

Rhonda and Jim and the whole team were amazing. They were super easy to work with and made everything go off perfectly. There was a tropical storm that had come through that week and we were worried about having power. They arranged for a generator so we could do the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner and then we got power back for the big day. The grounds were beautiful and and the weather was perfect for the outdoor ceremony. I can't say enough nice things about how much we enjoyed having the wedding at Waters Mill.

I had a wonderful experience working with Rhonda at Waters Mill. My wedding was last August during COVID, and they were very accommodating and flexible according to updating my needs for the wedding. The venue is beautiful, and the sloped garden area was the perfect setup for an outdoor ceremony for everyone to see. We even did our first dance out on the patio area in front of the arbor! We loved having all the outdoor space in addition to the groomsmen cabin and the house. In August the hydrangeas specifically were blooming beautifully, and all of our pictures turned out wonderful due to the flowers they have planted there. We really enjoyed working with Rhonda and the team throughout planning the wedding and had a great experience with them day-of. Great value for an amazing experience!

Waters Mill was the perfect venue for our wedding! Jim and Rhonda (the owners) are truly sweet and professional people with tons of experience in this business, and it shows in how they interact with their customers. They were quick to respond to all of our questions and they were extremely helpful and accommodating. They keep their venue in pristine and beautiful condition and you can see all of the love that they have in invested in to it. This venue is perfect for the DIY wedding on a budget that still looks great!
