Dunkin'

I came to this location because the other one I go to was closed. I ordered an iced coffee, on accident. So I asked the lady if she could make the cappuccino blast cuz that’s what I actually wanted. She was so snobby about it. Gave me attitude. I didn’t even give an attitude. I was just like ‘sorry, I ordered the wrong thing.’ I waited 10 minutes for the cappuccino blast and it looks like they used the iced coffee and just blended it with vanilla. The texture is even like a vanilla shake. Not an iced cappuccino blast. I always order cappuccino blast, I know what it’s supposed to look and taste like.

Went from good enough, cheaper than Starbucks, fast, easy. For years it was my number 2 coffee and breakfast snack option before work on weekends etc. then staff changed and the coffee quality did as well it was simply burnt most of the time. Ice coffee got watered down, lattes might as well be from one of those machines in hospitals. Then it became horrible, bad service, nasty coffee, fake lattes that obviously do come from a machine and do not use real Espresso shots. Waste of money! Today was my last attempt at hoping they would return to my quick , easy, good enough number 2 option. I will never waste my money here again.

I went for the first time today because it was the only thing open near me at 5am. And definitely glad I had never gone before because it’s not worth it, for $ 9.60 I got 6 pieces of burnt hash browns an ok croissant sandwich and a smal cup of ice, it was supposed to be a matcha iced latte but it was just ice with a splash of latte. So much so that I thought the lid was faulty when I tried to insert my straw, but no, that’s just how much the guy stuffed it with ice.

This guy behind the counter just stood by the register and took a kolache off the shelf and started to eat it. He then walked over to the ice cream to help this family. With out washing his hands. When he was done he walked back to the register to finish his food as he sat on top of the counter. When he was done with his food he then picked up a donut with out washing his hands and put back. Before we walked out I ask him who was in charge. He look at me and said I guess I am why. I showed him the Picture of him eating the food and he thought it was funny. I ask him about the donut he said he through it away after he did that. I will never take my family here this kid is very Unprofessional. He had his hat backwards never washed his hands after taking money and sat on the Counter.
