Shipley Do-nuts

They don't properly charge, I ordered 1 1/2 dozen donuts and some kolaches and instead of itemizing my order, they just punched in 2 dozen doughnuts. Asked them why they did that and they responded that it was correct, but since I always order the same amount and know how much I usually pay, I asked them to fix it. They went to call their manager to fix it. Good thing I looked at my receipt, who knows how often they do this. Another thing happened while I was waiting for they to fix the money issue. A lady pulled a rack of donuts and they fell on her shirt, instead of throwing them away, or putting them away to not be sold to costumers, she just placed them back on the rack.
