Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

Came for dinner on a Thursday at around 5:45pm, right before the dinner rush. Service was fast and friendly. Everything we ordered was hot, fresh, and delicious! The ribs are just as advertised, falling off the plate. Prices are excellent! Ambience is also nice. Didn't experience any of the issues other reviews describe. Highly recommended.

This Cheddar's location is very good. Service is fast and friendly. Food is fresh and portions are appropriate. I LOVE that their children's menu is priced well and not at an adult price. Thank you guys! I can definetly come here with the lil ones & not get killed for 4 adults vs 2 adults and two kids. 💯👍

There wasn’t a bussed table in the place, but everyone was super nice. Manager saved the night—instead of having to wait 45 minutes plus for takeout order, only 35 minutes. Chicken fried steak—aka country fried steak was heavily breaded. Breading had a kick, which was actually delicious. Meat was almost non existent. Side salad was good, as were sides—mashed potatoes and rice/broccoli/cheese casserole. They don’t have friend okra!!!!?! Of course, those croissants are to die for. I remember when this place was THE go-to place for a great inexpensive food. It was sad to see it like this last night.

My husband and I usually love coming to this Cheddars location. The food is always delicious. This time around our waitress seemed to be having a bad day or was just very frustrated. From the moment we sat down she seemed to be in a bad mood. We asked to look at the menu and she kept coming back asking “are you ready yet?” Almost as if she was rushing us. We always get the spinach dip and this time it seemed like they gave us the last of the chips. The chips were literally so small we could barely scoop up the dip. The waitress also brought us waters and they tasted soapy. I’ve always loved Cheddars and I was disappointed with this past visit. Food was amazing but the customer service was definitely not.
