Very well run Wendy's. They're always friendly and pretty efficient and you know just how its supposed to be.

I always get a #2 (w patties) with cheese, catsup and mustard only--and when I got my burger opened it up it was saturated soaking in ketchup and mustard. Don't know if that was a funny thing the inside Wendy's preparers did or what I don't know I don't care. I give them kudos Wendy's restaurants and there's been at least three different that I've ordered down while ordering that same order explaining nicely that could you could you please get them to put just a little bit of ketchup and a little bit of mustard spread around because usually there is a lot of times there is a lot and way too much you need it. Manager was very nice they got my order correct and that's happened three times I've run out so that's good I'm going to keep it up with a nice request you want to try that. Cuz you see getting my order correct by a restaurant when they hand it to me and making sure it's correct annoying it's correct it's a good thing for me if I know it's correct it's a better feeling then got to be to be correct and what else do we want protocol one when we're going through a restaurant or into a restaurant. Well I think protocol one we all want our order to be right. what we ordered as we ordered it like we ordered it that's what we want. Much more later thanks for reading if you like the review please give me five stars even a four-star rating really hurts my overall ranking but be honest thanks!

The can't handle a special order. Ordered a chicken croissant wit NO bacon or honey sauce, add mayo, through the app. Got the standard ordered item. They never bother to look at the details in the order. Not the first time this has happened at Wendy's. I check now before I leave. Maybe I'll try this store again, maybe not.

I ordered a mango pineapple lemonade. When I received my drink it was a light yellow fluid with about an inch of dark orange fluid sitting at the bottom. When I ask the young man at the window if if was supposed to be like that he said and I quote "Yeah, it's fine all you have to do is shake it.".... in a Wendy's cup? Unacceptable.

Have been having constant awful experiences. Ordered chilli baked potato, got bacon instead, it took a 5 minute argument for them to realize they did give me the wrong thing. My cheeseburger was colder than the frosty they serve. Would recommend you driving a few more miles to the one in Dawsonville. That's where i'll be going to next time I want Wendy's.

I received a coupon in the mail for a free breakfast baconator. I haven't eaten at Wendys for a while so i decided to head out to this place this morning. I pulled up to the order menu board, and sat there, and i sat there. No one addressed my presence for over 5 minutes. While i was asking if anyone was alive in the store, i noticed how filthy dirty the menu board was. Don't these people ever clean it? This is the first thing people see when they arrive at the drive thru. This dirty, filthy board leaves a very bad impression on the business and the workers inside. Where is the owner of the franchise? Doesn't he care enough to inspect his/her own business. Doesn't anyone care to address general cleanliness at a food restaurant? Needless to say, i never made contact with anyone, so i just drove off. I won't be going back either. If the owner doesn't care about his/her business and the quality of their workers, then i won't care to patronize the business.

Don't even think of wasting your money here. Every place has an off day. In a pinch I'll go through and order fast food. It's been over 2 years since this Wendys has cooked any food. I know because you can't get food this cold and stale in a 24 hour period. I finally went back through and asked why the hell the bread was so stale the chicken absolutely cold and old. Ridiculous! If I thought anyone would do anything they owe me $30 from inedible food I've ordered

They state the dining room is open until 9:00 p.m. I drove up shortly after 8:00 p.m. and it was closed. The cashier was slouching at the window, looking bored. Nobody was at the second window, and I heard them, at least four employees I counted, using profanity to get the others working. It was not a good experience, but I finally got my food.
UPDATE: I arrived just after 8pm. They locked the doors after me. So they are still closing early. There was plenty of staff and they were mostly goofing off, joking loudly. They are NOT closing early because of lack of employees, but because they don't want to work the last hour. Are they charging the company for that hour?
