Dunkin'

WOW! I love this location! The handsome young man that takes my order and helps me at the drive thru is always so energetic and nice! He always has a bright smile and makes sure my order is right before giving it to me. I get a hot coffee and a donut, typically. The coffee is always fresh, the donuts are hit or miss. Lately they have been good. The young man that is always working never fails to give me great service. Wish he had a name tag.

Recently visited this location and was a bit disappointed. Ordered a Midnight roast coffee and it came out tasting funny and it was not hot at all. This was pretty early in the morning so I didn’t think it would be lukewarm at 6:15am. Also ordered a Boston cream donut. It came out shaped like a heart, which I thought was cute initially until I started eating it and found out there was no cream in my Boston Cream donut. Will avoid this place next time.

This is the worst Dunkin’ I’ve been to. I ordered in the app 10 mins before I arrived and still waited an additional 22 mins. My hot beverage below lukewarm. My croissant sandwiches weren’t toasted and the cheese was still cold. And you can’t get a refund on that app. One and a half employee working 06/27 @ 6:32pm

To management, are you aware your staff is closing out their drawers more than 15 minutes before closing time? I pulled up to the drive thru at 844pm and was told they couldn't complete any more transactions. After a couple minutes of back and forth, I was asked if I could pay in cash, to which I said yes and only then was I allowed to place my order. If you're open until 9, I'd expect a business to transact until 9. Disappointing to see continued poor customer service and problems at this location.

I'm not giving them any more of my business so I go to a dif Dunkin drive thru or walk in every day now. This place has nothing but kids working there in the afternoon screwing around and they could care less about the business. Didn't even have regular kcups on the shelf I could buy only "Dunkin Dark" kcups and they would not offer to find some regular in the back. Previous owners from India were fantastic it ran like a smooth operation/machine w friendly faces and atmosphere and used to be a great experience. The shelves look pretty bare to me.
