Dunkin'

Terrible service. Gave me the wrong coffee 3 times and tried arguing about it as she was remaking it……was suppose to be regular 3 and 3 with sugar melted and caramel swirl and received both still extremely light and disgusting and then the 3rd forgot the caramel and borderline threw it at me….very unprofessional and they were all arguing and swearing at eachother In earshot of customers.

I gave them one star because I couldn't find the option for zero stars. Some good workers here,but that is the exception rather than the rule. Today was the last straw! Besides screwing up many orders(including my black coffee. Yes how sad is that) these people have been rude,calling me things be ause I asked them to wear a mask or to wear gloves when handling food.Poor hygene seems to be a pre requisite to work here.Even though this Dunkin is about 100 feet from where I live I will NEVER do business here again.There are plenty of other Dunkins or Honey Dews around.The owners of this particular Dunkin should do a surprise spot check on their store.They will be surprised at the quality of servixe here,and not in a good way

I'm usually not one to be critical of fast food staff, but the people here are never kind or patient. The last few times I've come here have been during slow hours and my order is never right, I almost always leave without everything I paid for. I would usually try and get my money back but its just so not worth my time to deal with the people who work here.

Went through the drive thru and the girl didn’t even let me finish ordering and told me to pull up so I ordered my food there. She was so distracted with her “bestie” being in the car behind me and had an attitude the whole time. My daughters sausage was over cooked and disgusting. As we were about to leave she again talks about the car behind me saying “that’s my n*****” I went yesterday and the new kid working there is great, but this morning crew is ridiculously unprofessional and rude.
