The Coca-Cola tasted old- depending on how restaurants have to make their own it's as if the flavor was old. Anyways, the food could've been better it was cold, on my companions burger his bacon wasn't warm at all. The fries also tasted old and cold. This is probably why this store doesn't get anymore buisness.

New year new bk apparently! The lady at the window was pleasant and attentive.. the food was actually fresh.. everything taste amazing.. keep it up! 👏🏼
Edited.. the sandwich today barely had sauce the buns are not cooked properly and the fries had 0 salt. The fries were warm & so was the meat.. it’s ok.. but not great.. I’ll eat my food with out saying anything but I won’t choose bk as my first option next time.

Always have my order right. The manager September is awesome. May have to wait on food because of staffing issues but I've never had a wrong order. They always offer to use a special to save me money.

Will not come back to this location again. Spent 40 minutes in the drive thru line. Fries were cold and the employee didn't even say sorry for the wait. I understand a lot of places are short staffed, but friendly customer service goes a long way.

Always quick to get your order and they make sure ur order is out to you in a timely manner. This Burger King is "The Goat"of Fast Food in Cullman... They Pride Themselves on Get The Order In, Get The Order Made, Get The Order Correct, And Out To The Customer In A Timely Manner...

I went through the drive thru , ordered 2 croissant sandwiches, one bacon, one sausage. I got 2 bacon and both were smashed. It was awful, I did not eat much of mine and my friend who will eat anything said it was almost inedible. Several weeks ago I ordered a Whopper . The bread was so stale , it felt like it had been left out for the air to hit it. I will NOT eat there ever again. Why does this keep going to edit?
