Hardee's

the costumer service was awful. our cashier was rude she threw a receipt and ranch at a minor, got orders wrong, she was being very disrespectful yelling at people. she even gave some people free food that didnt pay. the cashier was extremely rude to paying customers but was respectful to non paying costumers. the cashier continued to talk poorly about us to the non paying costumers where we could here. the chicken tenders were all torn up and burnt while the fries were cold and soggy. when we were leaving she slammed the door shut, locked it, and proceeded to flip off several minors. the cashier refused to tell us her name, she flipped her name tag upsidedown and proceeded to zip up her jacket when we asked. i would only recommend going to this location of hardee's if you want to be disrespected and treated like pigs.

Watched the girl at counter talk to her boyfriend for 10 minutes while standing at register to order, then took 20 minutes to get food ( NO EXAGGERATION!) Then the toppings were missing on our burgers, took another 10 minutes to remake. By the time we got them the fries were ice cold and the ice in our drinks was melted. Bunch of lazy kids. DONT GO TO THIS HARDEES!!! in Cuba mo.

I would give Cuba Hardee's a zero. Last Saturday sat for 15 minutes in the drive thru only to have to go inside because they got my order wrong after repeating it back to me. This morning sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes before getting to the speaker. I was then told to wait even longer because they were busy inside. I finally got tired of it all and went elsewhere. Even before these last 2 times, they have continued to disappoint. Think I'm done wasting my time and moneuntil they get their act together. t
