Taco Bell

Used to be great, lately you are lucky to get what you ordered. Went through the drive-thru realized they forgot my nacho chips, told them and they handed me the chips and said the cheese is in the bag. Pulled away from the window because there was a line behind me. I checked the bag, no cheese. Because the lobby was closed they would not let me in. So I had to get back in the drive-thru line and wait to get back to the window. After getting my cheese, I headed home. Opened up my power bowl to find no toppings. I got rice, beans, chicken only. No shredded cheese, guacamole, lettuce, sour cream, tomatoes, and an avocado-ranch sauce. The past 4 out 6 times I've gotten food they have given me the wrong stuff. It is very frustrating when you only order a couple items and they can't even get it right.

It's ok. We went thru the drive thru. We placed our order after the drive thru person was getting ànnoyec had asked some questions pertaining what was the Cheesy Chalupa . Caught us off guard. Pulled up to the window & she doesn't say hi this is the nothing as she's staring at us w a attitude. We paid her & we she started making drinks. My hubby then remembered they had the new Ice-tea that he wanted to try . She put the kid on the soda n that's my husbands can the tea instead & she turns around n starts to walk away w the cup looks back at us again & was like oh we dont have it ànymore. Which we all that she just didnt wanted to be be bothered. Well instead of giving dirty looks & being rude to your customers go to get yourself manners. Because your not going to make it w an attitude like that I

This prompted me to write about a visit from 5 years ago lol. I can tell you now that this taco bell is not perfect but does a pretty good job. They are short staffed so the ones who are there are clearly doing their best, if mistakes are made its usually not something big more like "they missed the sauce." The food comes out pretty majority of the time. Sometimes tou get a sweaty taco💧 🌮 💧I feel that's the most accurate way to explain that lol the wetness in the wrapper, you know? Anyway your experience is typically much better when you are respectful and pleasant with the workers, sometimes you brighten someone's day and get extra meat for free, I'm just saying. So yeah I'd say it's a solid 5/7
