I decided to give this location another try. Ordered food online and was given a pickup time of 1904. It's now 1923 and the food is still not ready. Jen, the woman working there, said she was busy and still had not started my order when I arrived on time.
What is the purpose of ordering online, ahead of time? Further more, what's the purpose of giving customers a pick up time if my order won't be ready when I get there?
My last review complained about the same thing.. looks like nothing has changed. Oh.. it's now 1926 and my order is STILL not ready.
Thanks Subway for helping me to not eat fast food.

Like many other Subways, this one is located inside a convenience store.

Eat at the one in Crewe Virginia the new Sub sandwich chibata bread Italian sandwich with fresh mozzarella cheese it was delicious..

Stopped for lunch July 15, 2017 and the two young men working provided excellent service. Very polite and helpful as well as kind, patient, and responsive to my two small children. I was impressed enough to feel like they deserved the recognition!
